definately change formula if any Gold one as mentioned previously..however if its not a Gold one..I would suggest trying a different formula altogether..I find the S26 quite harsh for my DD and causes constipation regardless..I either use the Nans or Karicare..because she is a reflux baby as well I use an AR formula which quite often gives her constipation also as she on top of this is also on Zantac(again gives constipation) so in conjunction with these I give her some diluted prune juice,also add an extra few ml's of water to her bottles and she is also been on coloxyl drops to assist..she has fairly bad reflux so in turn from the medication to erradicate that it causes constipation.. Hope those suggestions help.
